CEV Ltd was established in 2019 as a family-run company; however, before that, we had another business in commercial construction, meaning we have extensive knowledge in business management and customer-facing roles. Our main reason for founding CEV Ltd is that we saw a significant gap in the market for a friendly, professional and expert EV charging company in St Albans and the surrounding areas.
Due to this, we decided to open our newest venture so we can offer both commercial and domestic EV charging points, including maintenance and repairs. Not only that, but with our understanding and knowledge from working in the commercial construction industry, we can provide office management systems for commercial sites, meaning we are more capable of installing and managing two or more chargers at commercial premises.

Our small family-run business comprises four team members; we have one installer, one director, one business manager, and one commercial manager. Keeping our core team small allows us to be as personal and professional as possible.
We have a team of subcontractors who work for us; when we take on a new subcontractor, we carry out thorough checks to ensure we only employ people who believe in our company’s aims and core values.
